Algebra, chapter IX, § 10. Angles

Given two lines (resp. half-lines) D,D′D, D' of an affine plane LL attached to EE, the angle of DD and D′D' is defined to be, and is denoted by (D,D′^)(\widehat{D, D'}), the angle made by their directions in EE (resp. by the half-lines with origin 0 of EE corresponding to DD and D′D') (Chapter II, 2nd ed., App. II, No. 1 and No. 3).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
