Algebra, chapter X, § 1. Compléments d’algèbre linéaire

Let EE be an injective a-module, u:M′→Mu : M' \to M and f:M′→Ef : M' \to E homomorphisms of a-modules. If Ker⁡u⊂Ker⁡f\operatorname{Ker}u\subset\operatorname{Ker}f, there exists a homomorphism g:M→Eg : M \to E such that g∘u=fg\circ u=f. This follows indeed from what precedes applied to the injective homomorphism M′/Ker⁡u→MM'/\operatorname{Ker}u \to M deduced from uu.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
