Algebra, chapter X, § 1. Compléments d’algèbre linéaire

Suppose AA is integral. a) Every injective AA-module is divisible. b) Every torsion-free (II, p. 115) and divisible AA-module is injective. c) If AA is principal, every divisible AA-module is injective.

If a∈Aa \in A is nonzero, then aAa_A is injective; on the other hand, for every AA-module EE, the homothety aEa_E identifies canonically with

Hom⁡(aA,1):Hom⁡A(A,E)→Hom⁡A(A,E), \operatorname{Hom}(a_A, 1) : \operatorname{Hom}_A(A, E) \to \operatorname{Hom}_A(A, E),

therefore EE is divisible if and only if Hom⁡(aE,1E)\operatorname{Hom}(a_E, 1_E) is surjective for every a∈Aa \in A nonzero. The assertion a) follows therefore from Definition 2 (X, p. 15).

Let EE be a divisible AA-module; suppose that AA is principal (resp. EE is torsion-free) and let us prove that EE is injective by applying prop. 10. Let α\alpha be an ideal of AA and f:α→Ef : \alpha \to E an AA-homomorphism. Let x∈αx \in \alpha be such that α=Ax\alpha = Ax (resp. such that x≠0x \neq 0 if α≠0\alpha \neq 0), and let e∈Ee \in E be such that xe=f(x)xe = f(x). Let us prove that for every a∈αa \in \alpha, we have

f(a)=ae; f(a) = ae;

this is clear if a∈Axa \in Ax, whence the assertion in the case where A is principal; if E is torsion-free and if xa∈axa \in a, we have xf(a)=f(ax)=axexf(a) = f(ax) = axe, hence f(a)=aef(a) = ae since xx is nonzero if a≠0a \neq 0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
