Algebra, chapter X, § 1. Compléments d’algèbre linéaire

The injective Z\mathbf{Z}-module Q/Z\mathbf{Q}/\mathbf{Z} (X, p. 18, example 2) is a cogenerator. Indeed, every Z\mathbf{Z}-module simple module is isomorphic to a module Z/pZ\mathbf{Z}/p\mathbf{Z}, p≠0p\ne 0, and Hom⁡Z(Z/pZ,Q/Z)\operatorname{Hom}_{\mathbf{Z}}(\mathbf{Z}/p\mathbf{Z},\mathbf{Q}/\mathbf{Z}) is nonzero (it contains for example the element of Z/pZ\mathbf{Z}/p\mathbf{Z} obtained by passing to quotients from the homomorphism x↦x/px\mapsto x/p of Z\mathbf{Z} into Q\mathbf{Q}).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
