Algebra, chapter X, § 1. Compléments d’algèbre linéaire

Let BB be a ring, FF an injective cogenerator BB-module, PP a (B,A)(B,A)-bimodule. Suppose that PP is flat over AA and such that P⊗AS≠0P\otimes_A S\ne 0 for every simple AA-module SS (* that is, faithfully flat over AA in the sense of AC, I, §). Then the AA-module Hom⁡B(P,F)\operatorname{Hom}_B(P,F) is a cogenerator and injective.

Indeed, Hom⁡B(P,F)\operatorname{Hom}_B(P,F) is injective by prop. 11. On the other hand, for every simple AA-module SS, Hom⁡A(S,Hom⁡B(P,F))\operatorname{Hom}_A(S,\operatorname{Hom}_B(P,F)) is isomorphic to Hom⁡B(P⊗AS,F)\operatorname{Hom}_B(P\otimes_A S,F), hence is nonzero since P⊗AS≠0P\otimes_A S\ne 0 and the BB-module FF is a cogenerator; the AA-module Hom⁡B(P,F)\operatorname{Hom}_B(P,F) is therefore a cogenerator by prop. 12.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
