Algebra, chapter X, § 2. Complexes de A-modules

Let C,C′,C′′C, C', C'' be three complexes, ff and gg two morphisms of CC into C′C', f1f_1 and g1g_1 two morphisms of C′C' into C′′C''. If ss and s1s_1 are homotopies relating ff to gg and f1f_1 to g1g_1 respectively, then s1∘f+g1∘ss_1 \circ f + g_1 \circ s is a homotopy relating f1∘ff_1 \circ f to g1∘gg_1 \circ g. If ff and f1f_1 are homotopic to gg and g1g_1 respectively, then f1∘ff_1 \circ f is homotopic to g1∘gg_1 \circ g. Indeed, s1∘fs_1 \circ f relates f1∘ff_1 \circ f to g1∘fg_1 \circ f and g1∘sg_1 \circ s relates g1∘fg_1 \circ f to g1∘gg_1 \circ g.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
