Algebra, chapter X, § 2. Complexes de A-modules

Let M→N→P→Q→RM \to N \to P \to Q \to R be an exact sequence of AA-modules. If C\mathscr{C} is stable, and if M,N,QM, N, Q and RR are of type C\mathscr{C}, the module PP is of type C\mathscr{C}. Set N′=Coker⁡(M→N)N' = \operatorname{Coker}(M \to N) and Q′=Ker⁡(Q→R)Q' = \operatorname{Ker}(Q \to R). The modules N′N' and Q′Q' are of type C\mathscr{C}, and one has an exact sequence 0→N′→P→Q′→00 \to N' \to P \to Q' \to 0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
