Algebra, chapter X, § 5. Modules d’extensions

a) Let C′→uC→vC′′C' \xrightarrow{u} C \xrightarrow{v} C'' be an exact sequence of AA-complexes, PP a projective complex, EE an injective complex (X, p. 25). Then the sequences

HomgrA(P,C′)→Homgr(1,u)HomgrA(P,C)→Homgr(1,v)HomgrA(P,C′′) \mathrm{Homgr}_A(P, C') \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(1,u)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(P, C) \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(1,v)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(P, C'')

and

HomgrA(C′′,E)→Homgr(v,1)HomgrA(C,E)→Homgr(u,1)HomgrA(C′,E) \mathrm{Homgr}_A(C'', E) \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(v,1)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(C, E) \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(u,1)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(C', E)

are exact sequences of complexes of kk-modules.

b) Let 0→C′→uC→vC′′→00 \to C' \xrightarrow{u} C \xrightarrow{v} C'' \to 0 be a sequence of AA-complexes which is split as an exact sequence of graded AA-modules (this is the case for example if C′C' is injective, or if C′′C'' is projective). Then for any complex EE, the sequences

0→HomgrA(E,C′)→Homgr(1,u)HomgrA(E,C)→Homgr(1,v)HomgrA(E,C′′)→0 0 \to \mathrm{Homgr}_A(E, C') \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(1,u)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(E, C) \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(1,v)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(E, C'') \to 0
0→HomgrA(C′′,E)→Homgr(v,1)HomgrA(C,E)→Homgr(u,1)HomgrA(C′,E)→0 0 \to \mathrm{Homgr}_A(C'', E) \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(v,1)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(C, E) \xrightarrow{\mathrm{Homgr}(u,1)} \mathrm{Homgr}_A(C', E) \to 0

are exact sequences of complexes of kk-modules.

In case a), we remark that the sequences

HomA(Pp,Cq′)→HomA(Pp,Cq)→HomA(Pp,Cq′′) \mathrm{Hom}_A(P_p, C'_q) \to \mathrm{Hom}_A(P_p, C_q) \to \mathrm{Hom}_A(P_p, C''_q)

and

HomA(Cq′′,Ep)→HomA(Cq,Ep)→HomA(Cq′,Ep) \mathrm{Hom}_A(C''_q, E_p) \to \mathrm{Hom}_A(C_q, E_p) \to \mathrm{Hom}_A(C'_q, E_p)

are exact for all p,q∈Zp, q \in \mathbf{Z}, and we apply II, p. 10, prop. 5 and II, p. 13, prop. 7. The proof of b) is analogous.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
