Commutative Algebra, II, 123

Let AA be a ring which is not necessarily commutative and let a,ba, b be two two-sided ideals of AA such that a+b=Aa + b = A. Show that a∩b=ab+baa \cap b = ab + ba. Give an example where a∩b≠aba \cap b \neq ab (consider the ring of lower triangular matrices of order 2 over a field).
