Commutative Algebra, VII, 573

Let kk be a field and AA the polynomial ring k[X,Y]k[X, Y]. On the AA-module M=A2M = A^2 consider the linear form ff such that f(e1)=X,f(e2)=Y((e1,e2))f(e_1) = X, f(e_2) = Y((e_1, e_2)) being the canonical basis). Show that the kernel LL off is a monogenous free AA-module, but that the quotient M/LM/L (which is isomorphic to an ideal of AA) is not reflexive.
