Exercice 18, § 1

Algèbre, X, p. 170

Bourbaki marks this one as harder than the rest.

Soit M un A-module. Montrer que les conditions suivantes sont équivalentes : α) M est de type fini (resp. de présentation finie). β) Pour tout système inductif (N_i, u_{ij}) de A-modules relatif à un ensemble préordonné filtrant I, l’homomorphisme canonique lim⁡⟶i∈IHomA(M,Ni)→HomA(M,lim⁡⟶i∈INi)\lim_{\longrightarrow i \in I} \mathrm{Hom}_A(M, N_i) \to \mathrm{Hom}_A(M, \lim_{\longrightarrow i \in I} N_i) est injectif (resp. bijectif). γ) Pour toute famille (Pj)j∈J(P_j)_{j \in J} de A-modules à droite, l’homomorphisme canonique

(∏j∈JPj)⊗AM→∏j∈J(Pj⊗AM) (\prod_{j \in J} P_j) \otimes_A M \to \prod_{j \in J} (P_j \otimes_A M)
(II, p. 61) est surjectif (resp. bijectif). δ) Pour tout ensemble I, l’homomorphisme canonique Ad1⊗AM→MIA_d^1 \otimes_A M \to M^I est surjectif (resp. bijectif).
