Algebra, VIII, p. 26, § 2. The Structure of Modules of Finite Length

Let pp be a prime number. We denote by Z(p)\mathbf{Z}_{(p)} the subring of the field Q\mathbf{Q} of rational numbers consisting of the fractions a/ba/b with a∈Z,b∈Za\in \mathbf{Z},b\in \mathbf{Z}, and bb not divisible by p∗p*(cf. Comm. Alg., II, §2, No. 1, p. 60) . Then Z\mathbf{Z} is

∗(p)*(_{p)}

a commutative local ring, with maximal ideal pZ(p)p\mathbf{Z}_{(p)}. The ring Zp\mathbf{Z}_p of pp-adic integers (V, §12, No. 3, p. 96) is a commutative local ring, with maximal ideal pZpp\mathbf{Z}_p (VIII, p. 40, Exercise 9).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
