Algebra, VIII, p. 69, § 4. Semisimple Modules

Let M be a semisimple A-module. A description of M (with respect to the family (Sλ)λ∈S(S_{\lambda})_{\lambda\in\mathscr{S}}) is a pair ((Vλ)λ∈S,α)((V_{\lambda})_{\lambda\in\mathscr{S}}, \alpha ), where VλV_{\lambda} is a left vector space over the field DλD_{\lambda} for each λ∈S\lambda \in \mathscr{S} and α:⨁λ∈S(Sλ⊗DλVλ)→M\alpha :\bigoplus_{\lambda\in\mathscr{S}}(S_{\lambda}\otimes_{D_{\lambda}}V_{\lambda})\rightarrow M is an isomorphism of A-modules.

By Proposition 7, every semisimple A-module M has a canonical description: it is the pair ((HomA(Sλ,M)_A(S_{\lambda},M))λ∈S,αM_{\lambda\in\mathscr{S}}, \alpha_M), where αM\alpha_M is the A-linear mapping defined by formula (10).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
