Algebra, VIII, p. 105, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

For any two-sided ideal a\mathfrak{a} of A, denote the subset of Mn(A)\mathbf{M}_n(A) consisting of the matrices with entries in a\mathfrak{a} by Mn(a)\mathbf{M}_n(\mathfrak{a}). It is a two-sided ideal of Mn(A)\mathbf{M}_n(A). We have Mn(a)An=an=Ana\mathbf{M}_n(\mathfrak{a})A^n=\mathfrak{a}^n= A^n\mathfrak{a}. It follows from Proposition 6 that every two-sided ideal of Mn(A)\mathbf{M}_n(A) is of the form Mn(a)\mathbf{M}_n(\mathfrak{a}), where a\mathfrak{a} is a two-sided ideal of A.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
