Algebra, VIII, p. 156, § 9. Radical

The radical of the product of a family (Ai)i∈I(A_i)_{i\in I} of rings is the product of the R(Ai)\mathfrak{R}(A_i).

Let x=(xi)i∈Ix= (x_i)_{i\in I} be an element of ∏i∈IAi\prod_{i\in I}A_i. For every element a=(ai)i∈Ia= (a_i)_{i\in I} of ∏i∈IAi\prod_{i\in I}A_i, the element 1+ax1 +ax is left invertible if and only if 1+aixi1 +a_ix_i is left invertible in AiA_i for every i∈Ii\in I. Corollary 3 follows.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
