Algebra, VIII, p. 212, § 12. Tensor Products of Semisimple Modules

Let S be a simple module over the ring A=A1⊗A2A = A_1\otimes A_2, finite-dimensional over K. For i∈{1,2}i\in \{1,2\}, there exists a simple AiA_i-module SiS_i such that the AiA_i-module S is isotypical of type SiS_i. The A-module S is isomorphic to a quotient of the A-module S1⊗S2S_1\otimes S_2.

Since S is a nonzero A1A_1-module that is finite-dimensional over K, it has finite length over A1A_1 and there exist a simple left A1A_1-module S1S_1 and a nonzero A1A_1-linear mapping from S1S_1 to S. We endow M2=M_2= HomA1(S1,S)_{A_1}(S_1,S) with a left A2A_2-module structure defined by the external law (a2,u)↦(a2)S∘u(a_2, u)\mapsto (a_2)_S\circ u. We have M2≠0M_2\not= 0 by construction, and M2M_2 is finite-dimensional over K. We can therefore find a simple left A2A_2-module S2S_2 and a nonzero A2A_2-linear mapping φ:S2→M2\varphi : S_2\rightarrow M_2. We define a nonzero A-linear mapping ψ\psi from S1⊗S2S_1\otimes S_2 to S by

ψ(s1⊗s2)=φ(s2)(s1)(1) \psi (s_1\otimes s_2) =\varphi (s_2)(s_1) \tag{1}

for every s1∈S1s_1\in S_1 and s2∈S2s_2\in S_2. Since S is a simple A-module and ψ\psi is not zero, ψ\psi is surjective and S is isomorphic to a quotient of S1⊗S2S_1\otimes S_2. For i∈{1,2}i\in \{1,2\}, the AiA_i-module S1⊗S2S_1\otimes S_2 is isotypical of type SiS_i, and therefore so is the AiA_i-module S (VIII, p. 61, Proposition 2).

For any K-algebra B, we denote by SK(B)\mathscr{S}_K(B) the set of classes of simple (VIII, p. 51) left B-modules that are finite-dimensional over K.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
