Algebra, VIII, p. 213, § 12. Tensor Products of Semisimple Modules

There exists a homomorphism φ\varphi from RK(A1)⊗ZRK(A2)R_K(A_1)\otimes_{\mathbf{Z}}R_K(A_2) to RK(A)R_K(A) characterized by the relation φ([M1]⊗[M2])=[M1⊗M2]\varphi ([M_1]\otimes [M_2]) = [M_1\otimes M_2]. This can be proved in the same way as Proposition 9 of VIII, p. 196. If the field K is algebraically closed, then φ\varphi is an isomorphism from RK(A1)⊗ZRK(A2)R_K(A_1)\otimes_ZR_K(A_2) to RK(A)R_K(A) by Theorem 1, b) because for every K-algebra B, the Z\mathbf{Z}-module RK(B)R_K(B) is free with basis the family ([S])S∈SK(B)([S])_{S\in\mathscr{S}_K(B)} (VIII, p. 195).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
