Algebra, VIII, p. 218, § 12. Tensor Products of Semisimple Modules

Suppose that the algebras A1A_1 and A2A_2 are simple and that the center Z1Z_1 of A1A_1 is reduced to K. Then the ring A1⊗A2A_1\otimes A_2 has no other two-sided ideals than 0 and itself.

By assumption, we have Z1=KZ_1= K, and since A2A_2 is simple, its center Z2Z_2 is a field (VIII, p. 121, Corollary 1, a)). The ring Z=Z1⊗Z2Z = Z_1\otimes Z_2 is therefore a field, and the corollary follows from Proposition 3, a).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
