Algebra, VIII, p. 219, § 12. Tensor Products of Semisimple Modules

Let A1A_1 and A2A_2 be algebras over the commutative field K. Let M1M_1 be an A1A_1-module that is finite-dimensional over K and M2M_2 a A2A_2-module of finite length. Then the A1⊗A2A_1\otimes A_2-module M1⊗M2M_1\otimes M_2 has finite length.

Set M=M1⊗M2M = M_1\otimes M_2. Let (e1,...,en)(e_1, . . . , e_n) be a basis of M1M_1 over the field K. The mapping (x1,...,xn)↦∑i=1nei⊗xi(x_1, . . . , x_n)\mapsto \sum^n_{i=1}e_i\otimes x_i is an isomorphism from the A2A_2-module M2nM^n_2 to the A2A_2-module M. Since M2M_2 is an A2A_2-module of finite length, so is M. Moreover, every A-submodule of M is an A2A_2-submodule; consequently, M is an A-module of finite length.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
