Algebra, VIII, p. 291, § 16. Other Descriptions of the Brauer Group

Denote by Σ the species of structures of τ′\tau '-extensions, and define α\alpha-mappings to be mappings from Γ to a group Γ′\Gamma ' underlying a τ′\tau '-extension that are group homomorphisms and that make the following diagram commute:

F ι^{\iota} // Γ π^{\pi} // G

vφ(6) v\varphi \tag{6}

F′ι′{F'}^{\iota'} // Γ′π′{\Gamma'}^{\pi'} // G .

Proposition 2 expresses that v∗(E)v_*(\mathscr{E}) is a solution of the corresponding universal mapping problem (Set Theory, IV, §3, No. 1, p. 284).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
