Algebra, VIII, p. 299, § 16. Other Descriptions of the Brauer Group

In the notation from above, the following diagram commutes:

Exτ(G,F)u∗_{\tau}(G,F)^{u^*} // Exτ(G′,F)_{\tau}(G',F)

ΘτΘτ′\Theta_{\tau}\Theta_{\tau'}

H2(G,F)u∗H_2(G,F)^{u^*} // H2(G′,F)H_2(G',F).

Let H be a subgroup of G of finite index. Let ss be a section of the canonical surjection from G to H\GH\backslash G. We denote by (g,x)↦x⋅g(g, x)\mapsto x\cdot g the right action of G on H\GH\backslash G induced by the right action of G on itself by multiplication. Note that for every x∈H\Gx\in H\backslash G and g∈Gg\in G, the element s(x)gs(x⋅g)−1s(x)gs(x\cdot g)^{-1} belongs to H. For any mapping c:H×H→Fc: H\times H\rightarrow F, we can therefore define a mapping c~s:G×G→F\widetilde{c}_s: G\times G\rightarrow F by the relation

c~s(g1,g2)=∏x∈H\Gs(x)−1c(s(x)g1s(x⋅g1)−1,s(x⋅g1)g2s(x⋅g1g2)−1) \widetilde{c}_s(g_1, g_2) =\prod_{x\in H\backslash G}^{s(x)^{-1}}c(s(x)g_1s(x\cdot g_1)^{-1}, s(x\cdot g_1)g_2s(x\cdot g_1g_2)^{-1})

for g1,g2∈Gg_1,g_2\in G. The mapping c↦c~sc\mapsto \widetilde{c}_s is a group homomorphism from FH×HF^{H\times H} to FG×GF^{G\times G}.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
