Algebra, VIII, p. 316, § 16. Other Descriptions of the Brauer Group

Let σ:G→Γ\sigma : G\rightarrow \Gamma be a section of the mapping π\pi. Set εg=v(σ(g))\varepsilon_g=v(\sigma (g)) for every gg in G, and denote by cσc_{\sigma} the 2-cocycle associated with σ\sigma (VIII, p. 296). In particular, we have

εgεg′=u(cσ(g,g′))εgg′(32) \varepsilon_g\varepsilon_{g'}=u(c_{\sigma}(g, g'))\varepsilon_{gg'} \tag{32}

for all g,g′∈Gg, g'\in G. Let us, moreover, identify L with a subalgebra of A[E;L]\mathbf{A}[\mathscr{E}; L] via the homomorphism uu. Then every element of A[E;L]\mathbf{A}[\mathscr{E}; L] can be written uniquely as ∑g∈Gagεg\sum_{g\in G}a_g\varepsilon_g, where (ag)(a_g) is a family of elements of L with finite support. The multiplication in A[E;L]\mathbf{A}[\mathscr{E}; L] can be expressed by the formula

(∑gagεg)(∑gbgεg)=∑gdgεg(33) (\sum_ga_g\varepsilon_g)(\sum_gb_g\varepsilon_g)=\sum_gd_g\varepsilon_g \tag{33}

with

dg=∑hh′=gah(λ(h)⋅bh′)cσ(h,h′)(34) d_g=\sum_{hh'=g}a_h(\lambda (h)\cdot b_{h'})c_{\sigma}(h, h') \tag{34}

If the extension E\mathscr{E} is semitrivial, then we can choose a section σ\sigma of π\pi that is a group morphism from G to Γ; the cocycle cσc_{\sigma} is therefore constant with value 1, and formula (34) simplifies to

dg=∑hh′=gahλ(h)⋅bh′(35) d_g=\sum_{hh'=g}a_h\lambda (h)\cdot b_{h'} \tag{35}

Let K′K' be an extension of the field K. Denote by L′L' the K′K'-algebra L(K′)L_{(K')}, and for any gg in G, denote by λ′(g)\lambda '(g) the automorphism λ(g)(K′)\lambda (g)_{(K')} induced by λ(g)\lambda (g) on L(K′)L_{(K')}. Moreover, let us denote by τ′(g)\tau '(g) the automorphism of L′∗L^{'*} induced by λ′(g)\lambda '(g). Finally, let hh be the homomorphism from L∗L^* to L′∗L^{'*} that sends xx to x⊗1x\otimes 1. Let E′=(Γ′,ι′,π′)\mathscr{E}'= (\Gamma ', \iota ', \pi ') be the direct image of the extension of E\mathscr{E} by hh (VIII, p. 289). Let A[E′,L′]\mathbf{A}[\mathscr{E}',L'] be the cross product K′K'-algebra of E′\mathscr{E}' and L′L', and let u′:L′→A[E′,L′]u': L'\rightarrow \mathbf{A}[\mathscr{E}',L'] and v′:Γ′→A[E′,L′]∗v': \Gamma '\rightarrow \mathbf{A}[\mathscr{E}',L']^* be the canonical homomorphisms.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
