Algebra, VIII, p. 410, § 21. Linear Representations of Finite Groups

We identify the algebra EndK(Vλ)_K(V_{\lambda}) with the matrix algebra Mdλ(K)\mathbf{M}_{d_{\lambda}}(K) via the basis (eλ,j)(e_{\lambda ,j}) of VλV_{\lambda}. The mapping F−1\mathscr{F}^{-1} is an isomorphism from the algebra ∏λMdλ(K)\prod_{\lambda}\mathbf{M}_{d_{\lambda}}(K) to the algebra K[G]. For μ∈G^\mu\in \widehat{G}, denote by EijμE^\mu_{ij} the element of ∏λMdλ(K)\prod_{\lambda}\mathbf{M}_{d_{\lambda}}(K) whose component of index μ\mu is the matrix unit EijE_{ij} of Mdμ(K)\mathbf{M}_{d_\mu}(K) (II, §10, No. 3, p. 341) and whose other components are zero; set uijμ=F−1(Eijμ)u^\mu_{ij}=\mathscr{F}^{-1}(E^\mu_{ij}). The family of elements uijλu^{\lambda}_{ij}, for λ∈G^,1⩽i⩽dλ\lambda \in \widehat{G}, 1\leqslant i\leqslant d_{\lambda}, 1⩽j⩽dλ1\leqslant j\leqslant d_{\lambda}, is a basis of the algebra K[G]; the multiplication table is

uijλukℓμ=δλμδjkuiℓλ(26) u^{\lambda}_{ij}u^\mu_{k\ell}=\delta_{\lambda \mu}\delta_{jk}u^{\lambda}_{i\ell} \tag{26}

Moreover, by formula (15), we have

uijλ=∣G∣−1dλg∑∈Gπjiλ(g−1)g(27) u^{\lambda}_{ij}=|G|^{-1}d_{\lambda g}\sum_{\in G}\pi^{\lambda}_{ji}(g^{-1})g \tag{27}

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
