Algebra, VIII, p. 415, § 21. Linear Representations of Finite Groups

a) The homomorphism θG\theta_G is an isomorphism from K⊗ZRK(G)K\otimes_{\mathbf{Z}}R_K(G) to ZK(G)\mathscr{Z}_K(G).

b) Suppose that K has characteristic 0. Then θG\theta_G defines an isomorphism from RK(G)R_K(G) to the subring of ZK(G)\mathscr{Z}_K(G) consisting of the linear combinations of the characters χλ\chi_{\lambda} for λ\lambda in G^\widehat{G} with integer coefficients.

The family ([λ])λ∈G^([\lambda ])_{\lambda\in\widehat{G}} is a basis of the Z\mathbf{Z}-module RKR_K(G), and the family (χλ)λ∈G^(\chi_{\lambda})_{\lambda\in\widehat{G}} is a basis of the K-vector space ZK(G)\mathscr{Z}_K(G). Assertions a) and b) follow (VIII, p. 411, Proposition 5).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
