Algebra, VIII, p. 420, § 21. Linear Representations of Finite Groups

Suppose that the group GG is abelian. We saw in the remark of VIII, p. 414 that IK(G)\mathscr{I}_K(G) can be identified with the set Hom⁡(G,μn(K))\operatorname{Hom}(G, \mu_n(K)). Likewise, IK′(G)\mathscr{I}_{K'}(G) can be identified with Hom⁡(G,μn(K′))\operatorname{Hom}(G, \mu_n(K')). With these identifications, the bijection φG\varphi_G is simply the mapping χ↦φ∘χ\chi \mapsto \varphi \circ \chi.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
