Algebra, VIII, p. 109, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

Let S be a simple submodule of V and T the simple submodule φ(S)\varphi (S) of M. If VSV_S denotes the isotypical component of V of type S and MTM_T the isotypical component of M of type T, then we have φ(VS)=MT\varphi (V_S) = M_T.

Every simple submodule S′S' of V distinct from S satisfies S′∩S=0S'\cap S = 0. It is therefore isomorphic to S if and only if φ(S′)\varphi (S') is isomorphic to T (Lemma 2). Now, VSV_S is the sum of the simple submodules of V isomorphic to S, and MTM_T is the sum of the simple submodules of M isomorphic to T. Proposition 9 therefore follows immediately from Propositions 7 and 8.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
