Algebra, VIII, p. 245, § 13. Absolutely Semisimple Algebras

Let K be a commutative field, A a K-algebra, and r\mathfrak{r} the radical of A. Suppose that the K-algebra A/rA/\mathfrak{r} is absolutely semisimple.

a) Let S1S_1 and S2S_2 be subalgebras of A satisfying A=S1⊕r=S2⊕rA = S_1\oplus \mathfrak{r}= S_2\oplus \mathfrak{r}. There exists a special automorphism of A transforming S1S_1 into S2S_2.

b) If r\mathfrak{r} is nilpotent, then there exists a subalgebra S of A satisfying A = S⊕rS\oplus \mathfrak{r}.

This follows from Proposition 7 and Theorem 2 of VIII, p. 238.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
