Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VII, § 3. Conjugacy theorems

Assume that kk is algebraically closed. Let g\mathfrak{g} be a Lie algebra, h\mathfrak{h} and h′\mathfrak{h}' Cartan subalgebras of g\mathfrak{g}. There exist u∈E(h)u\in E(\mathfrak{h}) and u′∈E(h′)u'\in E(\mathfrak{h}') such that u(h)=u′(h′)u(\mathfrak{h}) =u'(\mathfrak{h}').

We retain the notation of Lemma 2. From the fact that h\mathfrak{h} and h′\mathfrak{h}' are Cartan subalgebras, it follows that g0(h)=h\mathfrak{g}^0(\mathfrak{h}) =\mathfrak{h} and g0(h′)=h′\mathfrak{g}^0(\mathfrak{h}') =\mathfrak{h}'. By Lemma 2 and Prop. 3 of App. I,E(h)hrI, E(\mathfrak{h})\mathfrak{h}_r and E(h′)hr′E(\mathfrak{h}')\mathfrak{h}'_r contain open dense subsets of g\mathfrak{g} in the Zariski topology. Thus E(h)hr∩E(h′)hr′≠∅E(\mathfrak{h})\mathfrak{h}_r\cap E(\mathfrak{h}')\mathfrak{h}'_r\not=\emptyset. In other words, there exist u∈E(h),u′∈E(h′),h∈hr,h′∈hr′u\in E(\mathfrak{h}), u'\in E(\mathfrak{h}'), h\in \mathfrak{h}_r, h'\in \mathfrak{h}'_r such that u(h)=u′(h′)u(h) =u'(h'); then

u(h)=u(g0(h))=g0(u(h))=g0(u′(h′))=u′(h′) u(\mathfrak{h}) =u(\mathfrak{g}^0(\mathfrak{h})) =\mathfrak{g}^0(u(h)) =\mathfrak{g}^0(u'(h')) =u'(\mathfrak{h}')

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
