Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VII, § 3. Conjugacy theorems

Let g\mathfrak{g} be a Lie algebra, r\mathfrak{r} its radical, φ\varphi the canonical homomorphism from g\mathfrak{g} to g/r,v\mathfrak{g}/\mathfrak{r},v an elementary automorphism of g/r\mathfrak{g}/\mathfrak{r}. There exists an elementary automorphism uu of g\mathfrak{g} such that φ∘u=v∘φ\varphi \circ u=v\circ \varphi.

We can assume that vv is of the form eadbe^{adb}, where b∈g/rb\in \mathfrak{g}/\mathfrak{r} and ad bb is nilpotent. Let s\mathfrak{s} be a Levi subalgebra of g\mathfrak{g} (Chap. I, §6, no. 8, Def. 7) and let aa be the element of s\mathfrak{s} such that φ(a)=b\varphi (a) =b. Since adsa_{\mathfrak{s}}a is nilpotent, adga_{\mathfrak{g}}a is nilpotent (Chap. I, §6, no. 3, Cor. of Prop. 3), and u=eadgau=e^{ad_{\mathfrak{g}}a} is an elementary automorphism of g\mathfrak{g} such that φ∘u=v∘φ\varphi \circ u=v\circ \varphi.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
