Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 3. Subalgebras of split semi-simple Lie algebras

Let B be a basis of R, and b\mathfrak{b} the corresponding Borel subalgebra. If Σ⊂B\Sigma \subset B, denote by QΣQ_{\Sigma} the set of roots that are linear combinations of elements of Σ\Sigma with coefficients ≤0\leq 0; put p(Σ)=R+(B)∪QΣ\mathfrak{p}(\Sigma ) = R_+(B)\cup Q_{\Sigma} and pΣ=h⊕gP(Σ)\mathfrak{p}_{\Sigma}=\mathfrak{h}\oplus \mathfrak{g}^{P(\Sigma)}. By Chap. VI, §1, no. 7, Lemma 3 and Prop. 20,pΣ20,\mathfrak{p}_{\Sigma} is a parabolic subalgebra containing b\mathfrak{b} and every parabolic subalgebra of g\mathfrak{g} containing b\mathfrak{b} is obtained in this way.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
