Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 5. Automorphisms of a semi-simple Lie algebra

Let e1=(g,h1,B1,(Xα1)α∈B1),e2=(g,h2,B2,(Xα2)α∈B2)e_1= (\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}_1,B_1,(X_{\alpha}^1)_{\alpha\in B_1}),e_2= (\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}_2,B_2,(X_{\alpha}^2)_{\alpha\in B_2}), e2′=(g,h2,B2,(Yα2)α∈B2)e'_2= (\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}_2,B_2,(Y_{\alpha}^2)_{\alpha\in B_2}) be framings of g\mathfrak{g}, and ss (resp. s′s') an element of Aut0(g)_0(\mathfrak{g}) that transforms e1e_1 to e2e_2 (resp. e2′e'_2). Then s∣h1=s′∣h1s|\mathfrak{h}_1=s'|\mathfrak{h}_1. Indeed, s′−1s∈s^{'-1}s\in Aut0(g,h1)_0(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}_1) and s′−1s(B1)=B1s^{'-1}s(B_1) = B_1, so ε(s′−1s)=1\varepsilon (s^{'-1}s) = 1.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
