Topologie algébrique, chapter I, § 5. Revêtements principaux

Let G be a topological group, let H be a subgroup of G, and let p:G→G/Hp: G\rightarrow G/H be the canonical mapping. If the mapping pp possesses a continuous section over a nonempty open set of G/HG/H, the mapping pp makes G into a principal fibre space with base G/HG/H and group H.

By left translations, every point of G/HG/H possesses a neighbourhood over which the mapping pp possesses a continuous section. On the other hand, for (g,g′)(g, g') belonging to G×GG\times G, put φ(g,g′)=\varphi (g, g') = g−1g′g^{-1}g'. If p(g)=p(g′),φ(g,g′)p(g) =p(g'),\varphi (g, g') belongs to H. The mapping (g,g′)↦(g, g')\mapsto (g,φ(g,g′))(g, \varphi (g, g')) of G×G/HGG\times_{G/H}G into G×HG\times H is continuous and is the inverse of the continuous mapping θ:G×H→G×G/HG\theta : G\times H\rightarrow G\times_{G/H}G defined by θ(g,h)=(g,gh)\theta (g, h) = (g, gh), whence the corollary.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
