Topologie algébrique, chapter III, § 3. Groupoïde de Poincaré

Let G be a topological group, let ee be its identity element. For every point gg of G, the left and right translations, x↦gxx\mapsto gx and x↦xgx\mapsto xg, are homeomorphisms of G onto itself (TG, III, p. 2) which map ee onto gg. By Corollary 2, they induce isomorphisms of π1(G,e)\pi_1(G, e) onto π1(G,g)\pi_1(G, g). These isomorphisms are not necessarily equal (IV, p. 459, exerc. 1).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
