Topologie algébrique, chapter IV, § 3. Groupes de Poincaré des groupes topologiques

Given a topological group G and a group G′G', a local homomorphism of G into G′G' means a mapping ff of a neighbourhood V of the identity element of G into G′G' such that, for every pair of points x,yx,y of V such that xy∈Vxy\in V, one has f(xy)=f(x)f(y)f(xy) =f(x)f(y).

If G′G' is a topological group and if ff is a continuous mapping, one says that ff is a continuous local homomorphism (or local morphism of topological groups).

If G and G′G' are topological groups, the notion of local isomorphism of G onto G′G' has been defined (TG, III, p. 6, Def. 2). A local isomorphism of G onto G′G' is a homeomorphism ff of a neighbourhood V of the identity element of G onto a neighbourhood V′V' of the identity element of G′G' such that ff and the inverse mapping of ff are local homomorphisms.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
