Théories spectrales, chapter I, § 6. Algèbres stellaires
Let A be a stellar algebra. If is any subset, then the closed involutive subalgebra of A generated by M is a stellar algebra, called the stellar subalgebra of A generated by M. If A is moreover unital, then the closed involutive unital subalgebra generated by M is a unital stellar algebra, called the unital stellar subalgebra of A generated by M.
Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
