Théories spectrales, chapter III, § 1. Applications linéaires compactes

Let E be a locally convex space over R\mathbf{R}. In order that the complexified locally convex space E(C)E_{(\mathbf{C})} of E be an approximation space, it is necessary and sufficient that E be one. This follows from remarks 1 and 4, since the underlying real locally convex space of E(C)E_{(\mathbf{C})} is isomorphic to E×EE\times E.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
