Théories spectrales, chapter IV, § 3. Distributions et distributions tempérées

Let ν\nu be a measure on U. The restriction of ν\nu to D(U)\mathscr{D}(U) is a distribution, which is zero if and only if the measure ν\nu is zero.

Let K be a compact subset of U. For every function φ∈CK∞\varphi \in \mathscr{C}_K^{\infty}(U), one has ∣⟨ν,φ⟩∣⩽p0,K(φ)∣ν∣|\langle \nu , \varphi \rangle |\leqslant p_{0,K}(\varphi )|\nu |(K), hence the restriction of ν\nu to D(U)\mathscr{D}(U) is continuous. Since D(U)\mathscr{D}(U) is dense in K(U)\mathscr{K}(U) (prop. 4, a) of IV, p. 202), the restriction of ν\nu to D(U)\mathscr{D}(U) is zero if and only if ν\nu is zero.

We shall identify the space M(U;C)\mathscr{M}(U;\mathbf{C}) of complex measures on U with a subspace of D′(U)\mathscr{D}'(U). We shall also identify the space Lloc1(U)L^1_{loc}(U) with a subspace of D′(U)\mathscr{D}'(U) by the mapping deduced by passing to quotients from the mapping which associates to f∈Lloc1(U)f\in \mathscr{L}_{loc}^1(U) the measure f⋅μf\cdot \mu (INT, V, p. 44, § 5, No.o2^o2, def. 2). In other words, for f∈Lloc1(U)f\in L^1_{loc}(U) and φ∈D\varphi \in \mathscr{D}(U), one has

⟨f,φ⟩=∫Ufφdμ \langle f, \varphi \rangle =\int_Uf \varphi d\mu

In particular, for p∈[1,+∞]p\in [1,+\infty ], this permits one to identify the space Lp(U)L^p(U) with a subspace of D′(U)(\mathscr{D}'(U) (cf. INT, V, p. 43, § 5, No.o1)^o1).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
