Théories spectrales, chapter IV, § 3. Distributions et distributions tempérées

The dual space of S(R)\mathscr{S}(\mathbf{R}) endowed with the topology of bounded convergence is called the space of tempered distributions on Rn\mathbf{R}^n. It is denoted by S′(Rn)\mathscr{S}'(\mathbf{R}^n).

Since S(Rn)\mathscr{S}(\mathbf{R}^n) is bornological, the space S′(Rn)\mathscr{S}'(\mathbf{R}^n) is complete (EVT, III, p. 24, cor. 1). Since S(Rn)\mathscr{S}(\mathbf{R}^n) is a Montel space, the same is true of S′(Rn)\mathscr{S}'(\mathbf{R}^n) (EVT, IV, p. 19, prop. 9). The space S′(Rn)\mathscr{S}'(\mathbf{R}^n) is therefore reflexive (EVT, IV, p. 16, th. 2).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
