Théories spectrales, chapter V, § 1. Représentations unitaires

A representation ϱ\varrho of G in a topological K-vector space E is said to be irreducible if {0}\{0\} is not dense in E and if the only subrepresentations of ϱ\varrho are ϱ\varrho and the representation in the closure of {0}\{0\}.

If ϱ\varrho is an irreducible representation of G in a separated topological vector space E, then every nonzero element of E is a cyclic vector for ϱ\varrho.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
