Théories spectrales, chapter V, § 1. Représentations unitaires

Let ϱ\varrho be a unitary representation of a topological group G in a Hilbert space E. Let uu denote the isometric isomorphism of E‾\overline{E} onto E′E' which associates to xx the linear form y↦⟨x∣y⟩y\mapsto \langle x|y\rangle.

a) The mapping uu is an isomorphism of the conjugate representation ϱ‾\overline{\varrho} onto the contragredient representation ϱ˘\breve{\varrho};

b) Endow E′E' with the structure of a Hilbert space obtained by transport of structure by means of uu; the contragredient representation ϱ˘\breve{\varrho} is a unitary representation of G in E′E'.

By EVT, V, p. 15, Theorem 3 and the following remark, the mapping uu is an isometric isomorphism.

For every gg in G, every xx in E‾\overline{E} and every yy in E, one has

⟨y,(ϱ˘(g)∘u)(x)⟩=⟨ϱ(g−1)y,u(x)⟩ \langle y,( \breve{\varrho}(g)\circ u)(x)\rangle =\langle \varrho (g^{-1})y, u(x)\rangle
=⟨x∣ϱ(g−1)y⟩=⟨ϱ(g)x∣y⟩=⟨y,u(ϱ‾(g)x)⟩ =\langle x|\varrho (g^{-1})y\rangle =\langle \varrho (g)x|y\rangle =\langle y, u(\overline{\varrho}(g)x)\rangle

hence ϱ˘(g)∘u=u∘ϱ‾(g)\breve{\varrho}(g)\circ u=u\circ \overline{\varrho}(g), which proves a); assertion b) follows immediately.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
