Let G be a real Lie group and a unitary representation of G in a Hilbert space E. An element is said to be a vector of class if the mapping of G into E defined by is of class . a) Let be a unitary representation of G in F and a G-morphism. For every vector of class , the vector is of class in F.
We denote by the space of vectors of class in E. By question a), every G-morphism of into defines, by passing to the subspaces, a linear mapping of into .
b) The space is dense in E.
