Theory of Sets, II, 128

Let G0G_0, G1G_1, H0H_0, H1H_1 be the graphs of four equivalences on a set EE such that G1∩H0=G0∩H1G_1 \cap H_0 = G_0 \cap H_1 and G1∘H0=G0∘H1G_1 \circ H_0 = G_0 \circ H_1. For each x∈Ex \in E, let R0R_0 (resp. S0S_0) be the relation induced on G1(x)G_1(x) (resp. H1(x)H_1(x)) by the equivalence relation (x,y)∈G0(x, y) \in G_0 (resp. (x,y)∈H0(x, y) \in H_0). Show that there exists a bijection of the quotient set G1(x)/R0G_1(x)/R_0 onto the quotient set

H1(x)/S0.H_1(x)/S_0.

(If A=G1(x)∩H1(x)A = G_1(x) \cap H_1(x), show that both quotient sets are in one-to-one correspondence with the quotient set of AA by the equivalence relation induced by R0R_0 on AA; this relation is equivalent to that induced by S0S_0 on AA.)
