Theory of Sets, chapter III, § 6. Infinite sets

A sequence (xn)n∈N(x_n)_{n \in \mathbf{N}} of elements of a set E is said to be stationary if there exists an integer mm such that xn=xmx_n = x_m for all integers n⩾mn \geqslant m.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
