If $E$ is a faithfully flat right $A$ -module and if $a$ is a two-sided ideal of $A$ , the right $(A/a)$ -module $E/Ea$ is faithfully flat.

Apply Proposition 5 with $B = A/a, \rho$ being the canonical homomorphism.
