Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 2. Rings and modules of fractions

Let AA be a ring and SS a multiplicative subset of AA. For every ideal aa of AA not meeting SS there exists a prime ideal containing aa and not meeting SS.

S−1a≠S−1AS^{-1}a \neq S^{-1}A (Remark) and hence there exists a maximal ideal of S−1AS^{-1}A containing S−1aS^{-1}a (Algebra, Chapter I, § 8, no. 7, Theorem 2) and the corollary follows from Proposition 11 (ii).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
