Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 3. Local rings. Passage from the local to the global

The A-module ⨁m∈ΩAm\bigoplus_{m \in \Omega} \mathbf{A}_m, the direct sum of the Am\mathbf{A}_m where m∈Ωm \in \Omega, is faithfully flat.

Each of the Am\mathbf{A}_m is a flat A-module (§ 2, no. 4, Theorem 1), hence E=⨁m∈ΩAmE = \bigoplus_{m \in \Omega} \mathbf{A}_m is flat (Chapter I, § 2, no. 3, Proposition 2). Moreover, for every maximal ideal mm of AA, mAmmA_m is the unique maximal ideal of Am\mathbf{A}_m, hence mAm≠AmmA_m \neq A_m, whence it follows that mE≠EmE \neq E and consequently EE is faithfully flat (Chapter I, § 3, no. 1, Proposition 1 (d)).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
