Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 3. Local rings. Passage from the local to the global

Let AA be a ring, BB a commutative AA-algebra and TT a multiplicative subset of BB. If NN is a BB-module which is flat as an AA-module, T−1NT^{-1}N is a flat AA-module.

T−1N=T−1B⊗BNT^{-1}N = T^{-1}B \otimes_B N; the proposition then follows from Chapter I, § 2, no. 7, Proposition 8, applied with AA replaced by BB, BB by AA, EE by T−1BT^{-1}B and FF by NN.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
