Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 3. Local rings. Passage from the local to the global

Let A be an integral domain and p1,…,pn\mathfrak{p}_1, \ldots, \mathfrak{p}_n prime ideals of A, no two of which are comparable with respect to inclusion. If A=⋂1nApiA = \bigcap_1^n A_{\mathfrak{p}_i} in the field of fractions of A, the maximal ideals of A are p1,…,pn\mathfrak{p}_1, \ldots, \mathfrak{p}_n.

Setting S=⋂i=1n(A−pi)S = \bigcap_{i=1}^n (\mathbf{A} - p_i), S−1A=AS^{-1}\mathbf{A} = \mathbf{A} by Proposition 17 (c); hence the elements of SS are invertible in A\mathbf{A} and S−1pi=piS^{-1}p_i = p_i for all ii. Our assertion then follows by virtue of Proposition 17 (a).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
