Commutative Algebra, chapter VI, § 7. Approximation theorem

With the hypotheses of Proposition 1 suppose further that Ai⊄Aj\mathbf{A}_i \not\subset \mathbf{A}_j for i≠ji \neq j. Then the pip_i are distinct maximal ideals of BB and every maximal ideal of BB is equal to one of the pip_i.

If pi⊂pjp_i \subset p_j for i≠ji \neq j, Ai=Bpi⊃Bpj=Aj\mathbf{A}_i = B_{p_i} \supset B_{p_j} = \mathbf{A}_j. It is then sufficient to apply Chapter II, § 3, no. 5, Corollary to Proposition 17.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
