Let A,B be two local rings, p:A→B a local homomorphism and E a finitely generated A-module. If E=0, then E(B)=0.
Let m be the maximal ideal of A and k=A/m the residue field; the hypothesis implies that B⊗Ak=B/mB=0; since the tensor product is associative, (E⊗AB)⊗Ak is isomorphic to E⊗A(B⊗Ak), hence also to E⊗A(k⊗k(B⊗Ak)) and finally to (E⊗Ak)⊗k(B⊗Ak); by § 3, no. 2, Proposition 4, E⊗Ak=0, hence (E⊗AB)⊗Ak=0 (Algebra, Chapter II, § 3, no. 7) and a fortiori E⊗AB=0.
Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
